About Us

Let's Go BSU is a student housing focused property management and development company. We are NOT an affiliate of Boise State. We are a private LLC based in Southeast Boise run by Cole and Cheryl Chamness. We focus on privately owned properties near BSU. 

We work with investors and home owners who share our values. It is incredibly important that our properties are safe, clean and well maintained. We will never take the attitude of "they are just students" to justify poor care of a property or a tenant. We design, build and manage with student needs in mind, while always remembering, the properties are investments that must be protected and maximized. Profitability for our clients and care for our tenants can co-exist to create a fantastic experience for both parties. 

To help our tenants meet our high standards, we put the extra time in to support their experience. To provide our investors and home owners with the highest level of customer service, we intentionally keep our staff to property ratio high. We believe in quality over quantity in every aspect of Let's Go BSU.
