Projects we have successfully completed in the BSU area in the last few years;

 

New Build - Duplex

1210-100 & 102 S Euclid Ave - Project manager/designer for out-of-state investor.  Worked very closely with the architect, builder, landscapers and the City of Boise to bring the project to life.  Handled all design services including furnishings.

Bedroom Addition

1425 S Vermont Ave - Designer and project manager for out-of-state investor. 

 

New Build - Duplex

1301 S Euclid Ave - Worked extensively with the architect to design a duplex suitable for a corner lot.  Worked with the city, including multiple city council meetings and design review meetings to get the project approved for the builder. 

 

New Build - Duplex

1205 & 1207 S Lincoln Ave - Project manager worked very closely with the architect, builder, landscapers and the City of Boise to bring the project to life.  Handled all design services including furnishings. 

 

New Build - 3 Single Family Homes

1202, 1204 and 1206 S Lincoln Ave - Project manager worked very closely with the architect, builder, landscapers and the City of Boise to bring the project to life.  Handled all design services including furnishings.

New Build – Duplex

1210 S Manitou Ave - Assisted builder with all aspects of interior design.

New Build - ADU

1702 S Latah St - Chamness Construction and Design , LLC  added a 900 sq ft ADU to the side of the 1700 S Latah property. We acted as general contractor and interior designer handling all aspects of design and build for our client.

Addition - Remodel - Landscaping

1514 S Euclid Ave - Chamness Construction and Design, LLC added two bedrooms and two bathrooms to a 3 bedroom house, fully remodeled the existing house and handled the front yard design and landscaping. The homeowner now has a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house. The completed project has greatly increased the property owners cap rate and has provided much needed quality housing to the BSU area. We acted as general contractor and interior designer handling all aspects of design and construction for our client.

Addition - Remodel - Landscaping

1515 S Michigan Ave - Chamness Construction and Design, LLC added 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and remodeled the existing house. We took the original house from two bedrooms and one bathroom to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We also designed and completed all front and backyard landscaping. We acted as general contractor and interior designer handling all aspects of design and construction for our client.

Remodel - Landscaping

1344 S Vermont Ave - Chamness Construction and Design, LLC completed a full remodel of a two bedroom two bathroom duplex. Handled all aspects of construction and design including furnishings and front yard landscaping. Took a run down interior and made it a beautiful investment and future high end airbnb for the owners.
