Utility Contacts

We require our tenants to have utilities changed over into their names by the 1st day of their lease. For convenience here is a list of phone numbers you will need to call. Please let us know if you have any questions.

These are instructions for obtaining a Residential Parking Permit. You will need to email parkingservices@cityofboise.org to let them know that you are needing a Residential Parking Permit. Please include the following in your email:

1. Your full legal name

2. Your address

3. A copy of your lease or a utility bill that is in your name

4. A copy of your vehicle registration

5. Let them know that you are renting a house/duplex on a street that requires a permit.

Once they have this information and the required documents, they will email you a shopping cart to "buy" the permit. The cost is $0 .

They will not mail you an actual permit. Your information will be recorded in the city parking database and when the parking ticket people enter your info for a ticket they'll see the permit and you will be good to go.
